The Privy Desk publishes independent editorial notes about hotels at theprivydesk.com. Rankings and copy are opinion grounded in public sources. The site is not a booking engine, travel agency checkout, gambling operator, payment processor, or investment advice service.

2. Acceptable use

You may read and share links for personal, non-commercial reference. Do not scrape the site in a way that harms availability, misrepresent our rankings as a paid endorsement, or use the content to imply we sell rooms or take wagers.

3. Accuracy

4. Intellectual property

Site design, original text and our arrangement of the list belong to The Privy Desk. Hotel names, logos and marks remain the property of their owners.

5. Liability

To the extent Romanian and applicable law permit, The Privy Desk is not liable for stay decisions after reading a pressed card, for third-party pages you open from elsewhere, or for brief press downtime.
